the lodger...
Dear Reader,
There is something in my house. At first I thought it was a mouse but it's WAY too big to be a mouse. It looks pretty old and smells weird. It seems to have it's own food supply which is good although it also rooted through my sandbox which was a little unsettling. When I try to smack it Rob yells "be nice!" which is kind of funny. I'll be keeping an eye on this thing for the duration of it's visit. Things like this must not be trusted...

Today, while I was slowly pushing things off the table, I saw in the paper that this weekend is the Hamtramck Blowout. I'm not quite sure what that is but it seems to involve my friend Rob having his friends over, then leaving for what I think may be several days and then coming home and going right to bed. I'm do not approve of this (even though the dinner bowl has never been empty and the sandbox is clean) as I would rather have him and his friends here sitting on my couch so I can jump on them. I will try to communicate this to him later by rolling on the floor and batting at Mr. Tomato.

Cats of Midwestern Darkness
Hello. My name is Loki. I live in a place called Hamtramck in what I believe is called "the Mitten State". I'm not really sure what that all means. I live in a big house with my friend Rob. There are plenty of things to jump on (and off of), windows to look out of, tons of space to run and play in, and a lot of stuff to chew on. The sandbox is usually clean and the dinner bowl is mostly full so I'm pretty happy here.
Anywho, I decided to start a blog because I have a lot of time on my paws. I may not be able update as much as I'd like (I have to get my 18 hours of sleep) but check back often to see some of my photos and read some cat-spun wisdom.
